Les Carnell
has been designing Building Engineering Services for over 30 years and has been responsible for the successful completion of a very wide range of buildings. Various Consulting Engineers, a Management Contractor, a Building Services Contractor and an international company of Architects have employed him in a senior capacity, prior to the establishment of Carnell Warren Associates Ltd.
The Carnell Warren design team is led by Les Carnell who has been personally responsible for the building services design of a vast number of projects including health care buildings, hotels, hospitals, commercial offices and residential developments.
Wendy Warren
has been involved with the construction elements of all building services for the past 30 years and has been responsible for the successful completion of a number of varied projects throughout the country and overseas.
Wendy is responsible for contract management and has been responsible for the site control of many major projects including hospitals, airport terminals, office refurbishments and hotels.
Les and Wendy worked together for ten years for various companies before forming Carnell Warren Associates in 1991.
